TrackMaster Introduces Brohamer’s MPH Pro – New Web-Based Handicapping Program | |
TrackMaster announced today that it has introduced a new, web-based handicapping program called MPH Pro, which is a fresh, updated version of the strategies originally presented in Tom Brohamer’s classic book, Modern Pace Handicapping (MPH). Highlights of the program include three display grids of Rankings, Velocity and Projections. The Rankings grid lists the top contenders in order of preference with an acceptable odds line for each contender. The Velocity and Projections grids are for users who want even more depth of information regarding a race. Also included in the program are full PDF Past Performances. “MPH Pro will be a fantastic tool for handicappers,” Brohamer continued, “especially with its ability to select 'price' horses that may have been overlooked.” David Siegel, president of TrackMaster, believes MPH Pro will appeal to those with varying degrees of familiarity with Brohamer’s work. “Tom Brohamer and TrackMaster have collaborated for almost 20 years and this new program brings his insights and strategies to a new generation of fans,” Siegel said. More details on MPH Pro, including video tutorials and a detailed help guide, can be found at trackmaster.com/track/mph.htm. TrackMaster, a wholly owned subsidiary of Equibase Company LLC, provides a full range of handicapping products for the three major racing breeds — Thoroughbred, American Quarter Horse and Standardbred. Equibase Company LLC is a partnership between subsidiaries of The Jockey Club and the Thoroughbred Racing Associations of North America and serves as the Thoroughbred industry’s official database. Additional information about the companies is available at trackmaster.com and equibase.com. Tom Brohamer has been a professional handicapper for over 40 years. He has been a featured speaker at numerous handicapping expos and, along with fellow author/handicapper Jim Quinn, has led weekly handicapping seminars at Del Mar and Santa Anita for many years. |
