InCompass and Opera Glass Networks Announce Strategic Alliance

InCompass Solutions Inc. today announced a strategic alliance with Connecticut-based Opera Glass Networks (OGN) that is aimed at reducing program costs and enhancing customer relationship management practices for racetracks and simulcast outlets. OGN is one of the leading race program kiosk providers to the racing industry.

“By leveraging OGN’s advanced self-serve technology and commitment to customer service with the InCompass customer relationship management initiative, we can provide racetracks and simulcast outlets with program cost savings, player rewards and tracking, as well as other kiosk-based services,” said Brad Kimbrell, president of InCompass.

Barry Goldberg, the president of OGN, stressed that the two companies will be able to provide operators “with an on-demand simulcast program print solution tailored to meet specific operational needs and instant reaction to schedule changes, such as track cancellations. Together with the player tracking component, the customer experience will be enhanced and the track or simulcast outlet will be able to learn more about the preferences of their customers.”
