Horse Racing Reform, an industry initiative led by The Jockey Club and Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, announced today the launch of an updated website, horseracingreform.org, designed to better inform and educate the general public, racing fans, and industry personnel on safety, integrity, and welfare matters in horse racing. Additional information is available at jockeyclub.com. TOBA, based in Lexington, Ky., was formed in 1961 and is a national trade organization of leading Thoroughbred owners and breeders.
