Equineline.com Website Unveils Customization Features

An assortment of customization features that streamline navigation have been incorporated into equineline.com as part of an overall redesign of the site, it was announced today by The Jockey Club Information Systems Inc. (TJCIS).

equineline.com consists of four services: equineline Reports, Portfolio Service, Trainer Program and Farm Program.

When customers log in to their equineline.com account, the homepage is tailored to reflect their unique preferences based on how they have used the site in the past. Among the innovative homepage features are:

  • Notification of black type or other family updates on previously purchased reports
  • Lists of favorite and frequently ordered reports
  • One-click companion reports on previous orders, without needing to re-enter horse names
  • An order summary showing the status of ordered reports
  • Previously downloaded reports, which remain available for 48 hours after purchase

“With the redesign, we’ve essentially brought the information to the customer as opposed to making the customer navigate through the site to acquire the information they need,” said Susan Martin, director of marketing for TJCIS.
