InCompass Acquires Racing Office Business from IMS Racing

InCompass Solutions Inc. announced today that it has purchased the racing office business from IMS Racing of Billings, Montana. Included in the purchase are racing office, horsemen’s bookkeeper, and simulcast program production software.

“IMS has developed an excellent reputation within the racing industry and the InCompass team is fully committed to maintaining that high standard of customer service. We expect customers will benefit significantly from their access to InCompass’ centralized Race Track Operations (RTO) software,” said David Haydon, president of InCompass.
