Chilean Starts and Pedigrees Added to equineline.com

Further expanding its comprehensive menu of international racing and breeding information, The Jockey Club Information Systems, Inc. (TJCIS) today announced the integration of detailed starts and pedigree information from Chile into its equineline.com service.

equineline.com already contained all black-type results from Chile. It will now include more than 5,000 races contested annually at the country’s four tracks.

“The Thoroughbred industry truly is a global marketplace so it is important that owners, breeders and all other industry professionals have access to the most complete and up-to-date information when making decisions concerning the breeding, purchase or sale of Thoroughbreds,” said Carl Hamilton, chairman and CEO of TJCIS. “The addition of Chilean racing and pedigree information to our global service is another important step toward providing the most current racing and breeding information from virtually all parts of the globe to equineline.com customers.”

In addition to Chile, equineline.com includes detailed racing and pedigree information from North America, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and the United Arab Emirates. The Data Management team at The Jockey Club continues to work with international racing authorities in pursuit of additional global information.
