New InCompass Service Facilitates Communication
Between Racing Offices and Horsemen

InCompass Solutions Inc. announced today the launch of myRacingOffice.com, a secure password-protected website through which horsemen can conduct and manage their business with the racing office more efficiently.

Within myRacingOffice.com, horsemen can verify or amend their contact information, specify which participating tracks receive their contact information and request email receipt of a variety of racing office documents and notices from designated tracks as soon as they become available. These services are provided at no cost to racetracks or horsemen and additional services will be offered through the site in the future.

Horsemen can elect to receive any or all of the following via email: all overnights, overnights only when they are entered, condition books, stakes books, stakes nominations, handicap weights, scratches, results, workouts, carryovers and cancellations.

“myRacingOffice.com demonstrates the efficiencies that are available to racetracks and horsemen through the InCompass network,” said Brad Kimbrell, executive vice president of InCompass. “Among the benefits, racetracks will now have current contact information for their horsemen and can automatically push important content out to them based on horsemen’s individual preferences.”

“Keeping track of current addresses and other contact information for horsemen can be difficult, especially when horsemen have more than one residence or mailing address,” said Tom Robbins, vice president of racing and racing secretary at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. “myRacingOffice.com will make it easier and help us get racing information into our horsemen’s hands in a timely manner.”

myRacingOffice.com also includes links to the InCompass Financial Services™ system, where horsemen can view and print their horsemen’s bookkeeper statements, account balances and tax forms online, making the site “a logical landing page for horsemen,” said Kimbrell.

InCompass, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Jockey Club, is a technology solutions company formed in 2001 to centralize the software applications and systems that serve North American racetracks and simulcast outlets. The InCompass RTO system is installed at virtually every racetrack in North America, and the company is the industry’s largest provider of simulcast program pages through its Simo-Central™ service.

In 2008, InCompass played an integral role in the development, launch and maintenance of the Equine Injury Database™ and the Jockey Health Information System™, both of which are offered at no charge as an industry service. InCompass also provides its Pre-Race Veterinary Exam software free of charge to all racetracks that agree to share their examination data with association and regulatory vets at other tracks that also use the software. The company recently launched InCompass mobile, which features a Mobile Rundown app for racing secretaries and other designated racetrack officials.
