Fall Racing Preview presented by Hagyard to benefit Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation

Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation announced today that Hagyard Equine Medical Institute will sponsor a fall racing preview at Tony’s of Lexington on Wednesday, October 3, from 6 – 9 p.m. The event will be hosted by Mike Penna and Jude Feld of Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN).

Tickets are available for $50 each and include hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets. All proceeds from the event will benefit Grayson. Due to space restraints, attendance will be capped at 50 people.

At the Fall Racing Preview presented by Hagyard, Penna and Feld will interview expert handicappers and the connections of horses entered to compete the following weekend in races across the country. From October 5 – 7, 16 “Win and You’re In” races for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships will be held at Belmont Park, Keeneland, and Santa Anita Park.

“Grayson-funded research has played a significant role in equine medicine for decades, and we use treatments based on this research on a daily basis,” said Dr. Luke Fallon, Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. “We are happy to support a charity that helps us help our patients.”

“We are thankful for Hagyard’s sponsorship of this event and to Mike and Jude of Horse Racing Radio Network for hosting,” said Jamie Haydon, vice president of Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation. “Through the Fall Racing Preview presented by Hagyard, we will be able to continue to fund essential equine health initiatives to aid all horses.”

Tickets can be purchased at tinyurl.com/FallRacingPreview. In addition to purchasing tickets to the Fall Racing Preview presented by Hagyard, individuals can also support Grayson by donating online at grayson-jockeyclub.org under Get Involved. All monetary contributions are tax-deductible.
